The mills are already home to many diverse local food providers, ranging from bakeries to jam makers, pasta makers, soup makers, and restaurants. Culinary tenants are attracted by the variety of spaces available, the availability of appropriate water pressure and electrical service, and the creative environment. Most find a great built-in clientele among the mill tenants, and also enjoy the opportunity to participate in the monthly New England Marketplace held in the Picker Building's function room. The Marketplace attracts hundreds of visitors and features a wide range of food products, craft items, and art.
